CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Appointments cancelled outside 24 hour window will be charged 100% of the service total.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Arriving 10+ minutes after scheduled time will be cancelled and charged 100% of service cost.
Downgrading services day of appointment will be considered last minute cancellation and are subject to 50% of original total.
All deposits are non refundable.

I had Julie ombré shade my brows and she is a master! I admit I was slightly nervous after years of filling them in myself and thinking I had perfected the shape. Julie spent over an hour mapping and balancing them both to my face. They look amazing! I can see just how much better she is than I ever was! She is careful, methodical and wanted to make sure multiple times that I liked the way they were.
